We sell small Ready-to-Move Houses delivery included within 80 kms of our location in Kenora. They all come with full kitchen set-up which includes at least some counterspace, cupboards, sink, and hook-ups for stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave. They include full Baths which would be sink, corner shower, commode, and, in most cases, a stacking washer and dryer system. Floors are finished often with vinyl plank flooring. Windows are Dual-Pane and Egress where needed. Walls and ceiling are usually Finished with Urethaned Pine boards. Our Minihomes come with hot water heater and air exchanger. Thermostatically controlled baseboard heaters together with R20 insulation in the walls and R30 in the cieling will keep you warm in the bitter Canadian winter. 

We offer 80 kms delivery included with the price of a building. Farther than this is would be a small fee based on the route necessary, distance, and difficulty of the delivery. Our delivery system means we can deliver for very low prices compared to conventional moving techniques. Our included delivery means on land not including any barge or ice road delivery. We will bring the building and set it up according to specs with treated wood blocks and or concrete and level it.

All our pre-finished houses are CSA Approved so they can be placed anywhere in Canada. Our building are built by experienced RTM home builders and carpenters. Perfect for Bunkies, Cabins on the Lake or Island, or a Guest house, these can be moved almost anywhere you want it. And best of all you don't have to stress your back at all till moving day!!!
