We use our business number +1 (807) 789-4450 to send and receive SMS messages in compliance with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations.

  • We collect your consent for all recurring messages. Note: One first-time message is legally permitted because of the implied consent clause.

  • SMS is used only for direct, conversational purposes related to your quotes, orders, or delivery.

  • We do not use SMS for bulk marketing or unsolicited promotions.

  • Message frequency may vary per user.

  • You may opt out (unsubscribe) at any time by replying STOP. Or text HELP for assistance.

  • Our SMS service is registered and compliant with carrier 10DLC requirements.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional Mobile Information Clause:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers who consent to recieve SMS messages will be provided with faster, up-to-date information and will be the first to be notified about their orders. Customers who have not consented to SMS services will recieve notifications as soon as is possible but there is more chance of delay.
